How do I stay inspired?

"How do you stay inspired?" This is one of the questions that Brett from IAMTHELAB asked me during an interview about my jewelry work. My answer was: "All my pieces are inspired by the natural world and I find sources of creativity everywhere around me. I don’t need to go hiking or be out at sea with large whales to let my imagination go wild. I can just walk my dog near my home in Los Angeles and find inspiration in a piece of bark coming off a tree, a dead leaf on the ground or a lizard “sunbathing” on a rock." Uh, oh, there is a hole in this tree!

Buco in albero (hole in tree) is the name of this handcrafted ring, as usual inspired by nature. Handmade in upcycled silver and 14k gold, this statement jewelry piece is unisex and... ready to wear.

A wave of jewelry is coming!

ONDA (wave in English) is my latest collection of handmade jewelry. I have created three ocean-inspired, one of a kind pieces to celebrate the oceans. The ONDA jewelry includes stackable rings (with matching earrings) and stackable bracelets. A single ONDA ring or bracelet is a jewelry statement itself, but these pieces create elegant ocean swells when combined together in the same or different metals.
